By using Elevasis, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Elevasis Does
Elevasis is an AI orchestration platform that:
- Executes AI workflows and agents for business automation
- Connects to third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Notion, Google Calendar, HubSpot, etc.)
- Provides human-in-the-loop approval controls
- Tracks AI costs and ROI
Your Account
- You must be 18+ to use Elevasis
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your credentials secure
- You're responsible for activity on your account
Acceptable Use
You May:
Use Elevasis for legitimate business automation, Connect services you're authorized to access
You May Not:
Violate laws or third-party rights, Use stolen or unauthorized credentials, Attempt to hack or abuse the platform, Use AI for illegal or harmful purposes
Pricing and Payment
- Monthly subscription with custom pricing based on scope
- All AI costs and integrations included
- Fees billed monthly and non-refundable
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice
Ownership
We Own:
- The Elevasis platform and technology
- Pre-built templates and features
You Own:
- Your data and content
- Your custom workflow configurations
Service Availability
- We provide the service "as is" without uptime guarantees
- We may perform maintenance with or without notice
- Third-party service outages (Gmail, Notion, etc.) may affect functionality
AI Limitations - IMPORTANT
AI Decision-Making Disclaimer
Critical Information:
AI may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You must review and approve AI actions, especially for critical workflows. We're not responsible for business decisions made based on AI recommendations.
Always use human oversight for important business operations.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We're not liable for:
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- AI errors or inaccurate results
- Third-party service failures
- Data loss
Termination
You Can Cancel:
- Provide 30 days' notice
- Service ends at the end of your billing period
We Can Suspend/Terminate If:
- You violate these Terms
- You don't pay when due
- Your use harms the platform
