Privacy policy, terms of use, and legal information for the Elevasis platform
Elevasis legal documentation covers how we collect and protect your data, the terms governing use of our platform, and your rights as a user. We believe in transparency and clear communication about data handling, service obligations, and legal responsibilities.
Elevasis processes data on behalf of businesses to execute AI automations. Because our platform connects to third-party services (Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Google Calendar, and others), it is important to understand how data flows through our system. The legal documents below establish the rules for that data exchange and define mutual obligations between Elevasis and the businesses we serve.

Privacy Policy Summary
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (account data, workflow configurations, execution logs, and usage analytics), how we use it (to operate the platform and execute automations on your behalf), and what third-party services receive your data (WorkOS for authentication, Supabase for database hosting, and Anthropic/OpenAI for AI model processing). We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit over HTTPS. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA.
Terms of Use Summary
The Terms of Use govern acceptable use of the platform, pricing and payment terms, ownership of platform technology versus your data and workflow configurations, liability limits, and termination procedures. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. You must be 18 or older to use Elevasis. The agreement is governed by California law.
Both documents are effective as of October 27, 2025.
Your Rights and Our Commitments
You can access and export your data, update your account information, delete your account with all associated data removed, and revoke integration access at any time. We notify you of material policy changes via email at least 30 days in advance. We never share your data with other customers, use it to train AI models, or store it outside secure cloud infrastructure.
